It is 10:30PM and the camper is all packed up and we are ready to pull out in the morning. Today has been a great day. Justin and I flew the Cessna to Jefferson City to have some radio work done while we are gone. We videoed the last 5 minutes of the flight including the landing. I will post the video on YouTube. It was a gorgeous day. You could see 100 miles. Sandye & Sara drove up to Jeff City and picked us up. It was just a fun day.
We are now all packed. We had most of the stuff ready and it just needed to be loaded in the camper. Our plans are to leave around 8:00 AM in the morning and drive to Kansas City. I want to stop at Cabella's. Our Day 1 destination is the KOA campground in Salina KS. About 400 miles.
The only worry is Sam. He is at college in McKenzie TN and has strep throat. He feels really bad and has for several days. We will be keeping in close touch with him to make sure he has a swift recovery. Hang in there Sam.
